Ordering & Delivery

Minimum order

We have a 5 kg minimum order for Mainland UK, so feel free to order as little or as much as you like. If you want to try one of the meals, simply order 1 or 2 and they will be shipped overnight and arrive ready to eat (chilled, but not frozen).

We recommend a minimum order of 20 x 500g packs, i.e. 10 kilos net for all frozen meals so they arrive in perfect frozen condition -­ 20 packs makes a full frozen FoodBox.

Minimum Order for the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland is one box of 20x500g = 10kg this is in order to make sure your product arrives still frozen.



You can pay online by electronic Bank transfer directly into our bank or by any major credit card through Pay Pal (you do not need a Pay Pal account for this.


All prices quoted on the website are correct and will be updated on a regular basis please keep your eyes out for special offers and such promotions.

Delivery charges

Secure courier delivery anywhere in mainland UK is charged at £6.00 per order up to 10KG plus 20pence a kilo there after including postage and packaging.

Alternatively for all non frozen products, or for trial packs (1 or 2 meals not frozen) is charged at £5.99 (Standard Delivery). We do not guarantee that products arrive frozen with Interlink Express therefore shipment of frozen goods will only be done by courier services. By ordering samples and opting for standard delivery Nature’s pet foods cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss, damage.

Delivery Charges to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Isle of Man available on request.


We use Interlink Express, who offer a 1 hour delivery slot to all customers by text and email. This also includes the option to amend the day of the delivery. Unfortunately this is a standardised system that cannot be changed. For temperature controlled deliveries this means that where days have been amended by our customers without us knowing, the products will have an extended transit time and therefore likely to start thawing.

PLEASE NOTE: Any changes in delivery day must be communicated through our sales office and not through the courier. Should you wish to amend the delivery day, please call us on 01795890074 You can also mention a delivery day at checkout in the comment box.

We use couriers for all deliveries, who provide a one hour delivery window on the day of your delivery if you have logged a mobile number with us. So no unnecessary waiting in, nor will your frozen order be defrosting by the door because you couldn’t be there. Mainland UK orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday will usually be delivered next working day, orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday for delivery usually on Tuesday to ensure that the goods arrive frozen and in perfect condition.

Once your parcel has left our premises, we will email you the shipping confirmation including a tracking number. Although we aim to delivery “next day”, we cannot guarantee this. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that there is someone at the delivery premises to sign for it, or to leave us a “leaving safe” instructions during ordering process. ReillyPet Foods will not be held responsible for parcels that have extended delivery times due to customers not being able to take delivery for whatever reason on the delivery day. Deliveries that are refused by the customer or where customers are not present to sign for it or have not left a “leaving safe” instructions during ordering will be returned to our depot, but no refund will be given. This is due to the fact that the products will have thawed by then and are in unsaleable condition. Delivery days may alter due to public holidays -­ call us in case you are unsure.

For small orders for supplements and non-­frozen items, your order will be despatched same day with Interlink express.

Delivery times for orders from outside mainland UK are available on request.
